Happy Holidays!

Tis the season for family, friends and wonderful food (our favorite!).  We hope everyone has an amazing time with the ones they love this holiday season.  A few weeks ago we were fortunate enough to have Tim Valentino back to take a few pictures for us.  He always does such a great job! He even took a few group photos for our Holiday card... hopefully we don't see ourselves on the Awkward Family Photo website... but you never know :)

Kiley O'Laughlin Reception

At Crushed Ice Events we are wondering if anyone else felt the massive blast of wind that blew August, September and now practically October off of our 2012 calendar... anyone?!  The past few months have been full of wonderful weddings and extravagant events that have kept us busy and completely enthralled with our craft!

This past weekend we had the pleasure of catering Kiley O'Laughlin's reception -- and what a beautiful one it was!! Kiley and her mother Pinterest-ed until they were blue in the face, I'm pretty sure, and man did it show! They brought in decor by the U-Haul.. literally, they brought it in a U-Haul.. but it was beautiful! Navy blue, ivories, sticks, burlap and hydrangeas turned The Ice House into a rustic masterpiece! Rona & Jim Reception

We couldn't be happier for Rona and Jim! It's been a couple of weeks now, but their ceremonies (yes, two of them!) and reception will be embedded in our minds for years to come! With their bright colors and modern takes on traditions, Rona and Jim planned a fabulous evening for themselves as well as their guests!  Congratulations you two!
