The Schnell- Trabue rehearsal dinner started off with light cocktails, local cheese boards and stationed appetizers.

Dinner quickly followed with a seated pre-set Rolled
Cucumber Salad of Local Lettuces, Schnell Tomatoes, Parmigiano, Wonton Crisp
and Pomegranate Sorghum Vinaigrette salad.
